hi all,
I saw a thread in the exercise forum about this and it got me wondering...
Anyway, to all guys who have a lost a lot of weight or at goal, do you still have man boobs?
Thanks

I have a big frame, and my chest is already quite large, but I have lost a lot of fat in that area, so I'm thinking when I lose these last 25 or so pounds, it'll be gone. I've heard some people lose weight so fast that their body sags in that area so much that they need surgery to correct it. When I started, my "boobs" would jiggle when I exercised. The other day I looked over in the gym and saw a big guy and his were jiggling. I looked at my own and to my delight, mine were not. I suppose that's a good sign that I lost the weight sensibly, slowly and properly.
I'm still amazed that my ribcage/chest measurement is smaller than my abdomen. Isn't it supposed to be about the same? If you look at guys in the gym, their abdomen is usually as big or bigger than their chest (albeit muscle).

Suppose a lot wil depend on the individual and there type of natural physique, there are masculine men and efeminate men and those who fall somewhere in the middle, I lost 140 lbs years ago and was drum tight in my chest, now that i am older its wait and see time ,but even at my heaviest my boobs were not unduly unsightly but then my trade as a blacksmith is mostly upper body work.
