Just wondering how you take your waist measurement. Do you take it below the ribcage and above the belly button, on the belly button or somewhere else.

I take it around what seems to be the biggest area.. the love handles.

That's what I do too. Though I have lost only 10 inches, but 60 pounds overall. That leaves 8 inches to go and 30 pounds in weight. Hopefully my belly will start magically shrinking soon (along with the love handles)......
