Good Morning WW's,
Are you cold enough??? It is getting very cold here by the lakes. I may have to wear a coat tomorrow if I go out. Who am I kidding I am not leaving this house. Anyway today is a new day and I am glad to see it come. For today I will do the following:
1. Stay on program
2. Exercise for 51 minutes
3. Drink fluids
4. Be positive
I am slowly getting back to eating normally. I had a huge salad for dinner tonight with lots of veggies and about 1 ounce of ham. Tons of lettuce, tomatoes, cukes, cauliflower,mushrooms, red and green pepper and 1 ounce of cheese. Tastes even better than it sounds.
So for today I am working on my 1500 minutes of exercises. I hope my new bike comes today or tomorrow. I am excited to get a new bike and put lots of miles without my tailbone hurting. I bet I can really increase my time with the new bike. I want to get a lot of time in on the bike before surgery in two weeks.
Well guys I am getting my determination back on target and my motivatio is knocking on the door . I had a not so hot day Monday but lots better than Sunday. Now today I will be completely on track!!
Hope you are all feeling great again and ready to make those pounds start running for dear life. I know I am. We can do this if we believe in ourselves and each other. Let's do it!!!!!!!!
