Well I think I've done it!!!!!!!! My Monday went off EXCELLENT. I ate right, I did my walking (40 minutes) and NO SNACKING>>> My biggest problem is the snacking and that is the thing I really have to work on. But because I've had a successful first day and feel very invigorated this am I shall continue to strive and work towards my goal. This am (Which is now Tuesday) I managed another 40 minutes and even achieved this before 8 . I feel great!!!!!!!! :)
Thats great! I know what a battle snacking is. That was my one downfall on each diet, so I know what a win it is. I quit sugar on April 11th and believe it or not my worst bingeing/snacking went with it. :) Well done.

Joanne you are doing great! keep it up! Snacking is a big problem! Before I kept what I call "DESK FOOD" none if which was healthy. Writing down everything I eat does help! I survived my first work pot luck, at least as well as can be expected with the "F" word in the room.....you know FUDGE! A little better every day that's what I keep telling myself! I have been keeping fat free chocolate pudding in the fridge at work. That seems to take care of the chocolate craving! I am also trying to write down why I eat and try to divert my attention to other things instead I suppose as in any other habit!
