To me unless you are considering taking diet pills for the rest of your life, the best way to lose weight is to just eat 3 well balanced meals a day. If you must snack then incorporate it into your days plan. Also plenty of exercise helps. It speeds up a slowing metabolism. Taking pills is only a temporary way of losing weight. Once you stop taking them the weight comes back plus sometimes more. And besides, who wants to suffer all those ill side effects that come with them. It's even been a proven fact that some diet pills can actually make you twice as hungry.
