Hi,
I lost 20 lbs this past year in about 5 months. It was alot of hard work. I exercised 6x's a week (minimum 1 hr each day)and really watched what i ate. Made myself different meals from the rest of the family etc etc.
I am now trying to get back to a 'normal' life (if there is such a thing) but am finding that the weight is slowly coming back. I expected that to some degree but it's beginning to scare me. I'm up 4 lbs in just the last 7 weeks.
Anyway, does anyone have maintenance experience they can share? I'm back to working out more regular (this summer it was tough with the heat) but am real interested in any suggestions.
