hi everyone. i don't kno whether i'm fat or not. I weigh 170 ponds and i'm 6'0 tall, male. I'm very strong, but i definitely have a tummy and relatively pronounced breasts. I may just be overself-conscious, but i feel out of shape and my body bothers me. I've tried workign out, and i can do a lot of exercise relatively easily without fatigue. But my tummy remains. Anyone have any ideas?
