I heard about this thing called body vibe
you are supposed to wear it around your
waist and it makes you hold your tummy in.
Has anyone else heard anything about it?
does anything think it works or just another
gimmck sigh.
I have heard of it, but I don't know either. I think, instead of paying the price, you could buy a simple belt and modify it by hooking a toy noise maker on it and whenever your belly relaxes, it will press the botton. If you don't want to go that route, try the real thing, but keep me posted.
Sorry, but it sounds like another "Change your weight and change your life" gimmick to me.

I guess I should have known better sigh
Well if it would remind you to keep your stomach and other muscles tightened, it is not just a waste of money.
I find it hard to believe that just that stomach tightening would make anyone as buff as they are on that commercial.
just my 2cents... <G>
