Hey everyone,
I'm at college now, and everything seems to be going pretty well, I just hope I don't fall into the college fat trap. I don't think I will, but you never know. I always try to eat healthfully at mealtimes in the cafeteria, because I like eating healthy, I really find that I don't enjoy eating junk or bad for you stuff, it doesn't feel good. Also, in case I don't make to meals, I have healthy choices in my room to eat, like dried fruit, nuts, fresh fruit, soup cans, and fruit cans. Does anyone have any tips for keeping up healthy eating and a healthy body in college. I tried to the gym here once, but I haven't gone since because I'm not supposed to exercise (I lost my period from too much) so I'm keeping that on a down low. Plus from all the walking around campus, I'll keep myself away from being sedentary. So if anyone can help or give some advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Love,
