I have been coming to this site since Feb. and did really well up until summer. I lost about 27 pounds and though I have been able to keep it off I haven't lost any more during the summer months. Now is the time to get back in the swing of things so I am looking for anyone who believes in sensible eating habits (not pills) and would like to compare notes. I have found alot of things that have worked for me and would love to share them. I would love to hear from anyone who needs the extra motivation to stick with this 'diet' business. Thanks

Put them here.. Here is what I came up with...

1) eat a bit less at every meal.
1a) no fast foods.
2) eat more healthy.
3) skip desserts.
3a) if you need to have desserts, try an orange or apples... avoid chocolates
4) exercise at least 3 times a week.
5) start a food and exercise journal
6) get extra support.
6a) go to extra meetings if you can.
6b) chat at least twice a week.
6c) chat every saturday in november.
6d) visit diettalk's bbs at least every week.
