I have been coming to this site since Feb. and did really well up until summer. I lost about 27 pounds and though I have been able to keep it off I haven't lost any more during the summer months. Now is the time to get back in the swing of things so I am looking for anyone who believes in sensible eating habits (not pills) and would like to compare notes. I have found alot of things that have worked for me and would love to share them. I would love to hear from anyone who needs the extra motivation to stick with this 'diet' business. Thanks
