I have been taking the much hyped diet preparation called BodyShaper for at least 4 weeks and haven't lost a pound or an inch!!!
This non medical product is being hyped on the radio in my town with many testimonials. I would like to find real people who are taking it or have taken it and discover if it has helped them. My email address is: Cynseree@aol.com

I've never heard such a thing and it seems a bit strange, IMO. What are the ingredients? All chemicals?

When will we learn that there is no quick fix or "easy" way to lose weight??? There is no pill that will "melt away". There is no miracle cure.

In my opinion, there are only 3 things someone needs to know to lose weight.

1) Exercise
2) Eating healthy (from all of the food groups) and eating less.
3) NO FAST FOOD and cut down on desserts.

Sorry if I sound harsh but I hear the same things over and over again and tend to get frustrated by the lies we get from the diet industry.
