Because of a request from many of my diet clients and friends I will tell about my success with my diet. I'm a nurse in California area. I have been on a self made diet for about 3 months and I have loss around 30 pounds! My weight has gone from 190 pounds to 160 pounds and I'm still losing weight. My percentage of body fat has gone from 40% to 29%. No diet drugs but some exercise and plenty of water. I have given my diet, which is not high in fat and low in carbohydrates, to other people and they too have loss weight and lowered their body fat! Some didn't even exercise.
