Hi, I'm new here and at the highest weight I have ever been in my life and still gaining and don't know why (except, of course that I over eat!). Each day I wake up and think this is the day I start eating sensibly and by midmorning am stuffing my face. I am depressed and sad. It seems the more I think about food, the more I eat. So I searched the web for a forum to come to and here I am. Although at this point I do not have a special diet that I want to follow....actually I read a post from Ande, I think, who mentioned creating a personal plan, and that sounded like a good idea to me although at this time I am not sure how to do even that. I welcome any ideas or plans that are working for you. I am not eating anything else tonight and plan to make this moment the beginning of my journey to shed weight. I have about 60 lbs. to lose. Thanks, Nicky

Hey Nicky,
I am also wanting to lose 60 lbs. I just started Saturday (11/20). I'm not following any rules, just my own. My first priority is to get moving! I'm using a 30 minute beginner aerobics tape, which I could only do 15 minutes of my first day, but hey it's more than I did the day before! I'm also trying to become more aware of what foods and how much I consume. I'm writing what and how much I eat down in a little notebook. I plan on keeping track only of calories and grams of fat. This way I don't think it will be so overwhelming that I give up. If you'd like my support just E-mail me!
Jennifer
P.S. I'm glad to see I'm not the only person up at this hour!!
