i seem to have come to a stand still... i started out 200 and am now at 160... i achieved that by eating sensibly and exersizing reguarly... but now im having intense cravings for sweets and once i start, i cant stop!! today i restarted the road to 125 pounds... i did my morning exersize and have drank 12 glasses of water... but already i have fallen off the wagon... i had some spoonfuls of peanut butter <my weakness> *sigh*... maybe im just having a bad week... anyone got any tips to get back on the train to sucess??
