Say I'll to it TODAY , if I do it today (excersice,drink water) I'll see the results tommorrow do this everyday, it will get easier each day in a month you'll be glad you did if your having a lazy day then say I won't do it today (eat poorly,lay around all day) and get the same results renew your commitment everyday and take it day by day you won't feel so overwhelmed your doing great stick with it think if I quit today the results I have been looking for won't be here tommorrow,you may be doing EVERYTHING right it just takes time excersice,eat healthy, drink water and wait a flower is in bloom
