For the Food I just check once or however many servings I had, and the exercise, I write down how many minutes. It makes it fun and simple. Especially loading up the Checks on the exercise part.

Bike Ride- specify miles


Weight Training- specify minutes

*Shadow Boxing-specify minutes


Boxing on Heavy Bag-specify minutes


Ab-Slide- specify reps

Jump Rope- specify minutes

Jumping Jacks- specify how many

Shooting Hoops-specify minutes

Walk on Treadmill-specify minutes
