As promised in chat, here's my reply.
I hadn't read it properly .. was this just your brunch? I'd thought it was what you'd eaten all day!
I like the skimmed milk and the cabbage .. nice and healthy. BUT, I'm not so sure about the other things. We have Nutri-grain bars here, but I don't know about the Pillsbury things (I've never heard of them). I would say that you would be better to have something less processed if at all possible - some whole foods? And maybe some fruit too?
Pat yourself on the back for the raw veg. and the milk though (good source of calcium for your young bones!!).
