Well some of you know my wife Gwendolyn. She has been trying to get me to go walking for years. Well the cold day in hell has come by, I go walking with her and have joined her with her diet. It seems to be working I have now lost 11 lbs. since the second week of January. So I want to thank all of you for your supporting Gwen. This has been given her the drive to push me. As some of you know our daughter Mandy is also a member out there and she is doing great also. I am very proud of them both. So I guess you all will be seeing me on here to help support and to receive some support, and boy do we all need it sometimes.
