The biggest thing I have ever worn was size 22. The smallest was a size 7 when I was 15 in prehistoric times. The last time I wore a size 12 I was 17 years old, Also in prehistoric times! I tried on the jeans shorts and held my breath for the results! They went up, zipped, buttoned and I could breathe in them. Then I tried on the actual jeans, size 12, they zipped and they buttoned and I could breathe. I am down from a 22 to a 12. I am down for good, and I am staying down.

As a post script! I read the day that I bought my size 12 jeans that the average woman was a size 14-16! Yes!!! I am average. Whoo hoo!

Jayne I'm so happy for you. You deserve a big :hug: You must be just gleeming with pride in yourself. I can't wait to get on a size 12. I am in size 18 now and am at 194. I too tried on my jeans I couldn't get into a month ago and they fit. I think it was more of a happy feeling than the scales showing a couple pounds gone. Very rewarding.
Keep up the good work and enjoy being a normal size. :)

Good for you. About 3 weeks ago I fit into a pair of size 16 jeans and I was completely shock. I didn't belive that at 200+ I would be able to wear a size 16 pair of jeans. Today I am in a size 14 stretch knit skirt. I am jumping for joy along with you. I have been working out with weights since the end of July and I truly belive now that muscle is heavier than fat. At 201 I can fit a size 14 skirt. Keep up the good work. I am 41 lbs away from goal. I will spend almost all my savings on clothes I can't wait.

Congratulations on getting into a size 12. Trying on clothes can be so frustrating! When you are able to get into a size smaller it is so exciting! Sometimes when I am tempted to over eat or make poor food choices, I go shopping! It is a reminder of where I was and where I am. Keep up th great work! I am very proud of you!CJL
