Well, a simple question, what kind of music do you listen to when you work out, if any at all?
Certain music really helps me, especially when weight lifting or working with the expander, it motivates me and makes me push my limits.
I've got a lot of those songs here, I'll list a few of my favorites.

Survivor - Eye of the Tiger
Three Doors Down - Be like that
Three Doors Down - Kryptonite
Bon Jovi - It's my Life
Bon Jovi - Keep the Faith
Live - The Dolphin's Cry
5th Element - Techno Opera
Ram Jam - Black Betty
Puff Daddy - Come with me
Sonata Arctica - Full Moon
Sonata Arctica - Letter ti Dana
Chop Suey - When Angels deserve to Die
Metallica - No Leaf Clover
Metallica - Unforgiven Too
Tea Party - Painted Black
Chad Kroeger - Hero
Enigma - Gravity of Love
D12 - Fight Music
Apart from that, almost every song by Linkin Park and Guano Apes

Reo Speedwagon's "Keep Pushin" is great for workouts! Also if you like Kiss, "A Million To One" is a nice angry song to work out to. And, since I'm a Pat Benatar fan, "Love is a Battlefield" gets me going too.

I like anything with a beat. Preferably a fast one. Keeps my feet going at a good consistent pace for cardio.

I'm more of the pop variety. Usually if I get tired of one type of music, I go out and buy the latest pop collection. I think its the beat that keeps me going. Anything like Pink, S Club 7 (sad but true) anything that I can get my hands on that has an uptempo and a happy theme. :D
