I've figured out where most of my weight loss is going .... down the toilet!!!!

In fact, the bathroom is the dieters best friend. Its where we go to flush out all that fat we've been storing up for years.

I found that my weight loss is following a definite weekly pattern. For 4 to 5 days my weight doesn't move -- the scale barely flinches. I exercise daily, I eat properly, I drink all the water I'm supposed to. And then on days 6 and 7 I can't stay out of that bathroom!!! I'm frequently running to the toilet which can be embarrassing at times during work hours. :ha:

But I've figured out its a wonderful thing this going to the toilet. That pound or two I lose every week gets efficiently and effectively processed and eliminated and disposed of....

I really hope you are talking about peeing...?

I actually can't stay out of the bathroom on any day. Sometimes I feel like all this water is going to drown me.

What you are passing are ketones. This is a byproduct of your body's fat stores being broken down. Drinking lots of water is the most efficient way to flush out the ketone bodies (through your kidneys). However, ketones are also released through your breath and sweat. If your body is burning fat and you are not drinking enough water, you may notice that your sweat, urine and breath have a strong odor due to the heavy concentration of the ketones.

So that's what they're called eh? ;)

Actually, I had noticed a difference in my breath. I keep a stick of sugarless gum handy for those times when things get a little, shall we say, odorful. But drinking water often does rectify that a bit.
