I am kinda happy with myself. I think I might have lost a few pounds (pants are a little looser). I also feel really good because my coach says that My badminton doubles partner Kelly and I are best on the squad, as well as I am the hardest girl hitter on the team. Yippee! Things are looking up. I am not quite as depressed about being 'overweight'. I am thinking more about school and stuff. So...My weigh in is 240lbs (other info: 16 yrs., female, 6'0, extremely athletic) So far, I am filling up my summer with basketball and volleyball. I am also going to do laps every morning (I wonder how long this will last) at the new school pool. I am not sure yet if I can though. So...I am going to become a better athlete all around. That is my goal...to become second string on both volleyball and basketball. So...I can't think of anything else. I am hoping this diet will work! Maybe I can get into a 14 by the end of summer!

* * Good for you Pippy! Staying busy at something you like is the best way to avoid overeating.

I hope you are following a healthy eating plan. At 16, you are still developing physically and need good nutrition.

Good luck. Let us know how you are doing.
