Hi jeannez, Sounds like you are sticking to your goals each week. Check and see if you are eating more salty foods? That can hold ya sometimes. But for the most part, your body is saying, time out. It's on a break. That is when most people give up when the scale is stuck. Hang in there, it will move again. :o
Someone gave me some advice a couple of weeks ago when I was stuck at the same weight, to eat MORE for awhile and then cut back again, and it worked. Not alot more, just an extra 200 calories. Did you know that if you don't eat enough, your body will think it's in starvation and hold onto the fat for dear life. It doesn't sound to me like 1000 or 1200 calories are enough. Especially for an extended amount of time. I don't count calories and I've lost around 40 lbs. so far just by eating when I'm hungry, stopping before I'm full, and cutting back on sugars and fats. Some days I dont' eat much, others I eat more because I'm hungrier. It's the head hunger I fight against, wanting to eat when my body isn't calling for food.

Hi...
Another good thing is to alternate your exercise plan. Your body becomes accustomed to the same thing. Do aerobics one day and weight training another.
I plateaued for 2 1/2 months once. I know thats not what you want to hear. But the good news is if you don't give up and keep exercising you are boosting your metabolism and building muscle and when you do break, you will notice a bigger drop all at once. At least that's what happened to me. My first break from the plateau was a 9lb difference!!! Its perseverance and fighting the challenge your body has put you up against!!! By continuing and losing you actually come out the WINNER!!!!!
