Hello everyone! I have started drinking at least 2 liters of water every day, just making myself gulp it down! Anyway, I was wondering if anyone thinks their weight loss has been directly affected by drinking water?Or has anyone's weight loss slowed when they stopped drinking water? I am just curious. I have read all about water and weight loss, but I much prefer to hear personal experiences about things :) Thanks!!

I have noticed that drinking the amount of water recommended helps me eat less by keeping me full. I also just feel better all the time. I have noticed that I have a very steady weight loss when I drink it.
Hope this helps.

Another WONDERFUL side-effect from drinking lots and lots of water is what is does for your skin....makes it smooth, and very elastic, so it shrinks as you lose body fat. Let me tell you, I'm 54 years old, and my skin looks better now than it did 20 years ago because I drink close to 100 ounces of water a day.
