10 pounds here 10 pounds there... Now they are big!! What can I do? I've started working out, but seem the results come so slowly and if I miss a few days and eat the wrong thing I've lose all my gains so quickly!
My legs are stronger than my boyfriends though and I tell him its because they are much bigger than his skinny legs. He seems to like it though, so I don't know if I want to lose to much! =) I'm 5'6 and 160 pounds. Have any of you had boyfriends that actually like fat thighs and big butts?

Hi. I don't know if I'd say my boyfriend likes them, but he never does complaine. I'd love to get rid of the extra 30+lbs I'm carring around (mainly in the places you were talking about). I think the main way to get rid of it is to do muscle training in those areas and arobic exercise to lose the fat. That's what I did for prom and it worked really well. I quit after that though.
