ive been persistent with exercise and trying to improve eating. im not seeing any weight loss but i can tell my body is getting stronger. actually, i think my weight ,ight have gone up a pound or so but most likely stayed the same. sooo, i need some ENCOURAGEMENT!!! you know, maybe im not the only person feeling this in the whole world????

Hi Theresa,
Have you taken your measurements? I think since you have been exercising you are probably losing inches and gaining muscle. Which is great! The more muscle and firm you are the less space you will take up so you can wear smaller clothes. :) Don't get discourage, You can do this! * :x *

Sometimes the scales only tell have the story The way our clothes fit is the real truth. I have been at a up and down game but the shorts I bought two weeks a go a to big. Go figure. keep trying you will have success angelmom 8-}

You didn't say how long you've been at it, or how "closely" you've been watching what you eat, or how much exercise you're doing, or your age. All these factors have a huge impact on weight loss. Measuring is a great indicator though.

hey you guys thanks for replying. i survived my little down time and im pumped up again. ive been at it since the 30th of last month, so not that long. i know if i didn't have the support rom here that would have been it.. but today i got my exercise and am ready to take on the world!!!! i don't know about change in measurements, that'll probably take a little more times. but my legs actually have muscle!!! lol thanks again ladies. :)

You're right Theresa! You've been at it two weeks... it takes so much longer than that to see results. Be PATIENT! I've been exercising for 4 months and am finally starting to really see visible results, but I have SO MUCH FARTHER to go! It takes a ton of time, exercise and commitment.
