Hi Jana! I'm a calorie counter! How long have you been counting calories? I started about 4 weeks ago at 203 lbs. I am down to 196 in 4 weeks and feeling great! My ultimate goal is 142- the weight I was on my wedding day 6 years and 2 kids ago.
How many calories do you aim for every day? I tend to eat between 1,100 and 1,500.

I too count calories-this works best for me. I try to stay around 1000 a day. When I reach my goal, I am going to figure out how many calories I can eat to maintain. So far I have lost 27 lbs by counting calories since March or beginning of April. My goal is to go another 14 to 19 lbs (goal is 135/130). Anyway, good luck to you AmyNicole's mom!
