I have a silly question: When do you actually gain the fat from overeating (for example, if I ate 20 tacos today, when would I see the results on my body??) That is of course an exxageration, but I am just curious how it all works. Seems like it would take a couple of weeks to turn in fat. Anyone have an idea? EMPINK

Empink..boy is that a good question. I have heard that is takes 3-4 days for the pounds to show up after you overeat. But I do not know that for a fact.

I dont know about anybody else - but if I ate 20 tacos or something, the results would show up before I left the dinner table. I'd beunzipping my jeans before I was done eating!! 8-}

I've always wondered this myself! I know that if I have a big meal or something I'm not supposed to be eating, the scales usually prove it the next morning. I've always wondered how that was possible! <IMG SRC="smilies/question.gif" border="0">
