Yea! For the first time in a long time (three months) I feel like I'm back on track with my diet and excerize. well its only been a few days but getting started is absolutly the worst part for me. I keep reading this board and getting inspired. So here I am! Plus I've discovered that I LOVE tae bo. Its fun for me plus I feel my butt and thighs tighten *hehe*. Thanks for being here!

Good for you Mel! I did the same thing. I had been off track for several months but I kept reading posts here at DT and I finally got back into the right frame of mind to get back with the program. Doesn't it feel wonderful?! <IMG SRC="smilies/cool.gif" border="0">
Good for you Mel. We can never allow ourselves to "give up" if we are going to be successful in losing unwanted pounds. We are all human and will "fall off the wagon" at times. I have done this so many times myself. I am glad you are starting over. :)

My name is Jo Ann and I am new to DT. I am trying to figure it out ! :-) One thing I can see, I am not alone in this battle of the buldges! Thank goodness there are people out there who are willing to share their experiences to help others.
Thanks guys!
Welcome to DT Jo Ann. It is a great place! Just post whenever you have something to say!

I too am trying to get back on track after not losing any in the last few months. I've lost 80 pounds (not all at once. I lost a lot a few years ago, then started back last year) I have been doing great this week!! And, I'm SO happy to have found Diettalk! I have really enjoyed reading the posts.
