Hi,

About four months ago I started a diet program set up for me by the Kaiser Nutrition Center based on the American Dietetic Assn. guidelines.

I'm looking for others who are using similar programs. Dieting is based on various types of food servings (starches, meats, etc.)which are based on grams of carbohydrates, protein and fat. Mostly I want to ask about finding these numbers for food (e.g. restaurant food) that doesn't have written nutritional labels.

Is there a specific forum or group for this type of dieting?
