I haven't been feeling very hungry lately since I've started the diet but I know that I have to eat so that my matabolism stays high and I can burn fat instead of keeping it in. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to do? <br />Thanks, <br />starz3540<br />220/211/190/165

i've actually read that if you DONT Get hunger pangs...that is GOOD because it means you are not letting yourself go to that point...of really being hungry...and that you should feed yourself anyway...not alot..but a small meal when you are supposed to have a meal is one way of insuring you are getting the nutrients you need. don't spend calories on empty foods (nutritionally empty). since you aren't sure if you are eating enough...i'd take a multi vitamin as well <img src="smile.gif" border="0">
