View Full Version : Will this work??? Every1 help me reach my goal!

Hi Everyone!
OK, I am 15 years old, 5'6 and 132 pounds.
I have gained a lot of weight since summer, and now I am deteermined to get back on track so I can have a great summer.
I want to lose a little less than 10 pounds in about 3 months.
ok, what I am starting to do is:

20 minute Windsor Pilates Tape every morning, and a low calorie protein shake for breakfast. Then for lunch, I will have a sandwich or fruit or something, keeping my calorie intake about or less than 500.
1 time a week after school, I have cardio/weight training,
and 1 time a week after school I have a basic circuit training.
for the other 3 days, I will do an interval training 40 minute cardio tape, which is pretty intense.
I will have a snack when I get home, and a healthy dinner.
I plan to keep my calorie intake under 1,500 in order to reach my goal.

does anyone think this will work? I must reach my goal! I know it doesn't seem hard but I guess I was never that motivated.

I think that if you keep your calories in the 1500 range and concentrate on quality choices and your exercise program is that extensive you will probably lose weight..but also, you will gain some muscle and tone and define your body and that may be more imprtant than the numbers. The pilates and weights will have a good impact on you. What kind of shake are you talking about?

hey hilary here and i was wondering how you are liking the pilates tape cause i was thinking about goetting something like it but was wondering if its any good? thanx
