i am 17, senior in high school and i am very over weight i need tips and exercises foods to eat and anything possible. Prom is coming up and so is my senior trip and my trip to atlantic city please help me

Denise Austin fit and light which airs 7AM on lifetime channel is a
good exercise routine that is not very involved , that is you don't have to be a ballerina or martial arts person to do them . It is a low impact 30 minute program and it is different every day so you won't get bored like doing the same tape over and over. I try to stay around 1500 calories , I find that is about as far as my willpower will let me go , in any event I would not go below 1200 calories because you will be in vitamin deficiency territory.
Best of luck we will lose these "calorie curves " !

thanks for the info but there's one problem i leave my house at 7:20am for school is there any other times or programs any earlier?

there is a program called" body electric "on some PBS stations at 6AM , or you might try setting your VCR to record the program and view it a different time

is there any ther program that comes on at about 3pm because i have no way to tape that or watch it since i am always in a rush in the morning
