I'm not sure if anyone has already talked about this, but I wanted to mention a TV show on the Food Network called "Cooking Thin." I've been watching some of the shows lately and they are really interesting and helpful.
The basic premise is that the host, Kathleen Daelemans, talks to different people (male and female) about their eating/exercise habits and tries to help them create meals and exercise programs that accommidate to their lifestyle.
I won't give up anymore information so you are teased enough to check out the show yourself, but I really enjoy the show for two reasons:
1) She is a great person to listen to. She gives advice and doesn't tell the guests how bad their habits are. Losing 80 pounds herself, she understands how it feels to be overweight.
2) The dishes she makes on the show are actually GOOD and EASY to make! :) I'm actually making a meal I saw on her show today! :chef:
Anyway, I hope you guys check out the show.
Thanks for reading!
