Thats right, I'm going to admit it. I sillyandieface, cheated today on my diet. Day 10 and i finally cheated, i haven't had even one french fry or chocolate chip nothing and i finally cracked. But heres the irony of it. I was stressed out, which is why i cheated. What was I stressed out about? i was going to go get weighed today (i have to go to the hospital to get it done because of how much i weigh.) and I was so scared that i might not have lost a single pound. How completly CRAZY and insane is that?! What did i cheat with you might ask? a 99 cent whopper with extra cheese! *sigh* will life go on tomorrow?? probably. oh what a crazy life.

Life will definately go on tomorrow. You have done so well so far, so don't you dare let the one burger get you down... I hope the weigh in went well.
Many hugs for you,

Hi bbwandie,
Life sure will go on! :)
I'm sitting here thinking, "poor child, she thinks THAT was a cheat?" Guess you might tar and feather me for some of the "slips off the wagon" I've had!
I clearly would have just counted that Whopper w/cheese in my daily calories, and kept stepping! Some days you go over some days you don't, that's life! All you can do is eat better the next meal and the meal after that! :)
Hope it was at least tasty :)
Donna
p.s. weight loss and counting calories doesn't have to be about denial. Every week for my entire journey I have had a Double Quarter w/cheese and a super sized fry from McDonald's! Every week, and it didn't stop me from losing weight. I just knew I had to incorporate it in to my calories and exercise daily! Life is too short, I'm not giving up McDonald's! At least not yet! :)
Wow! Ten days before you cheated. Look at
those 9 days you didn't cheat.
I think you're doing great!
I would have guessed the 99 cent whopper, with
all the advertising they are doing on television, I
had to go out and get one myself! ;-)
You're not alone.

1) You only cheat yourself when you cheat.
2) If I were you I would just incoporate an 80 calorie cookie in my diet once and twice a week and not insert an 500 calorie wopper at a last weak moment.
3) But like getnfit@38 said if a whopper is your thing. Add it into your plan so it fits.
don't worry about it. have u been faithful before to the diet? than i guess u felt that your body needed a reward that is ok as long as you dont fall back into ur old ways:)
