I was just bragging about how well I have been doing but today I had a milkshake, a bowl of chilli with cheese, saltine crackers, a hotdog and something alse, I'm sure. It was like I was in the twilight zone of food. I'm not sure why I did it, old habits I guess. I hope I can jump back on the wagon again tomorrow.

My first thought when I saw your post was, "fall off the wagon? Heck, I've fallen off and been dragged behind it for miles on numerous occasions!"
Today is another day, and each meal is another opportunity to eat well and get yourself back in control. :)

That was so funny, it gave me a good laugh
this morning.
When that happens to me, I always use the
word will. I WILL GET BACK TO EATING RIGHT.
I don't wait for tomorrow, I do it immediately.
Try doing it immediately and see if you don't
feel more in control.

That actually didn't sound that bad? what was the calories on that ? and did you eat portion sizes of all those items?
