hey i was wondering if pilates is a good weight lose program as well as toning? if you have any other suggestions it would be great thanx and have a good day/nite

Hi l-16,

"IF" you're doing Pilates along with another form of cardio exercise, it's good for losing weight and toning, but Pilates alone is only going to take you so far. You still need some form of cardio exercise to burn fat.
But initially, you may lose several pounds with just pilates alone, but don't be surprised if 2 months from now you have to add in some cardio to continue losing.
