Stage 4.. The 4th stage of bttb is adding light exercise into your weight loss goals.

1) Go for a walk... making sure you mix up some flat areas and hilly areas.

2) Park farther away from shopping/work/etc... or walk to shopping/work/etc. You can burn some extra calories by doing this and remember every calorie burned are calories that won't turn into fat.

3) Carrying the packages can also burn calories... so take those groceries and/or packages out of those carts and carry them from the store.

4) Buy yourself 1/2lb arm and ankle weights to wear when doing housework. Now you don't want to wear them all day or you may gain too much muscle but muscle burns fat.

5) Since you already have the 1/2lb weights exercise, stretch and/or dance around with them on.

6) Walk up the stairs instead of taking the escalator/elevator. If you can't walk up all your floors, then walk up as many as you can and then take the elevator the rest of the way.

7) Go out and play with your kids.
