I thought if I wrote my goals for 2003 that I would more likely keep them and keep them updated .

1. By the end of the year I will be at my goal weight of 150. RIght now I am 185 so that will be 35 pounds thinner.

2. Once I lose the weight I will maintain it with in a 4 pound range. I will not let myself gain the weight back again EVER!!!

3. I will exercise at least 4 times a week trying for 5 days.

4. I will drink 64 ounces of water

5. I will stick to my eatting plan. I seen to go between weight watcher points and the old ww food exchange. So what ever plan I am on I will stick to the eatting plan and stay with in the ranges.

6. I will journal everday no matter what plan I am on.

7. I will be able to have one free day but will have to stick to the program the rest of the week.

8. I will not eat after 9 pm

9. I will update regularly

hi fit, your goals sound great and very doable. i too was switching from those two plans, both are great and healthy. i just doing my own thing now. good luck , and make this your year.

thanks alot debi- I am determined to make this my year and you do the same. Keep up on your thread I am borrowing some of your ideas for weightloss like the fries and sharing small popcorn. I know we both can make it.

no problem, i will. i am still learning and trying different tips to stop hunger pains and to not eat when i am really not hungry. as i find anything new i do to help me, i will post it.
