I found the ww veggie soup in my book. It has 0 points or if on exchange it counts as your veggies.
makes 4 servings of 1 cup
2/3 c sliced carrot
1/2 c diced onion
2 garlic cloves, mined
3 c fat free broth
1 1/2c diced green cabbage
1/2c green beans
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4tsp dried oregano
1/2 c diced zucchini
1/4tsp salt
in large saucepan spray with nonstick cooking spray, saute carrot, onion, and garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 minutes
add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt; bring to a boil. lower heat and simmer, covered about 15 minutes or until beans are tender.
stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes. serve hot.
*** can add any veggies that are not starchy veggies.
