HELP!!!
I'm sick of my fat neck. it's not the actual fat i'm bothered about, but the muscle.
I'm naturaly built and hate it. Is there any way to lose the muscle on my neck without it turning to fat?!?!?!
I'm 19 and have been a constant binger all my life, would I have to work extra hard to lose weight to make up for the years of munching crappy food?

first of all, how much do you weigh?
second of all, there are NO quick and easy answers when it comes to spot-reducing. You can't make your body burn fat from a specific area of your body. :)

queensara is right, you can't spot reduce areas of fat, we all store fat differently, and many times it's genetics. All you can do is lower your body fat overall and it will eventually come from your neck, but whether it comes off first, middle or last is a "luck of the draw!" Take it from someone struggling to rid herself of the "wave" that happens from my under arm! That's just going to be the LAST place I loose it from! So eat healthfuly and exercise to burn body fat, and eventually your neck will respond.

One good exercise for the turkey neck. Open your mouth, draw the lips inward. ( Like you're mimicking someone with no teeth)
open and shut your mouth 20 times a day.
As well as lowering the body fat overall, Your neck muscles should respond fairly quickly.

The weight will eventually come off in your neck area.. Believe me I can once again see mine..LOL Now my poor neck looks so bare...
Another good way to tighten that muscle... tilt your head back and open your mouth agape. move your bottom jaw out and upwards until you feel the tension. Hold it for ten seconds, and do it 25-20 times a day two or three days a week. I have been doing that jaw exercise for two weeks, and the muscle is already tighter! It looks a bit goofy, but it is well worth it!! :)
