Hi everybody :D
I haven't been here all week because I've been busy preparing to go to basic training for the Army and then on to training to be a practical nurse. I'm also officially moving out of the house, at age 19 :D I'm doing it at a younger age than both my older sisters. I have to, of course, pack up all of my belongings, my life, so to speak, and that is very emotional and time consuming for me. :) Anyway, I just wanted to thank everyone here for your WONDERFUL support. I've bee with dt for a little more than 2 months. I started with my weighloss before that, though, and I have lost a total of 24 lbs. I did not make it to my personal goal, but I did gain a heck of a lot of muscle :D I also wanted to let you all know that I have 2 before and 2 after pictures if anyone is interested. I can e-mail it to you if you tell me your e-mail address. The before pictures are enough to make anyone cry :D lol! but the after pictures are better.

Daffodil..... you've done so well and been such an inspiration to lots of people here. I hate to see you go, but know life goes on whether you want it to or not... *grin* You're going to have a great time even though it'll be hard work. I know you'll make it, though, because you've proven that you aren't afraid of hard work. After my boot camp that's what I did, too..... Naval Nursing Corp and I loved it. Hope you do, too! Were losing a shaker buddy. But I bet you'll make a hell of a dam good nurse. And I WILL BE thinking of you for I go back to college in September.
Don't forget your not just doing this for you, your doing it for your diettalk family. We want you to succede, not just in weight loss, but all avenues you wish to explore.
