Hi Everyone....Wow, it's been awhile since I posted, but I sure do come here and read everyone else's post.....There are sooooo many "new people" and that is Wonderful!

Been doing great with my "New LifeStyle"! For those of you that don't know me.....I found "diettalk" at the beginning of this year, and it really helped me to lose 43 lbs. All My MySelf!!

I'm still drinking my water......It's a habit now.....Eating Healthy.....Plus my Walking Program is excellant! Still doing my hour a day outside....Everyday!

I do remember last year at this time....I used to say to myself....The year 2000 (Jan. 1st) I would start my "new way of life" I was full of hope and excitement and I did it!! You can too.....Just keep this in mind....say to yourself....I don't want to face this New Year's Eve saying "tomorrow" (New Year's Day) January 1st, 2001 I will start my new way of life....DO IT NOW!! I quess that goes with the old saying "Don't Put Off Tomorrow What You Can Do Today"

Good Luck to all of you.....It's great here at the "Finish Line" I will be 52 yrs old in March and I feel like I'm back in my 30's...I will N-E-V-E-R go back to my old ways.....Linda (MA)

Linda!! Big old cyber hug to you. I'm so glad to hear from you! It's wonderful to hear that you have been so successful and have been able to maintain that. Doesn't it feel great to be healthy!! Thanks Linda! What a great bit of encouragement! I'm relatively new here myself and still trudging...but it's turning into a great feeling. I love coming here and reading about everybodies struggles and successes...it helps me realize that I am not alone and don't have to do this alone anymore. Good luck to you in this adventure!
