Hi! I'm Heather, a 30 year old mom of 2 great kids. I have been fat all my life. About 18 months ago, I hit rock bottom. At 5'2", I weighed 355 lbs! I was a mess--no energy, always grumpy because my body hurt. I had plantar facitis, an extremely painful foot condition, and migraine headaches. Then I couldn't stand it anymore. I cried, I prayed, and went for my first walk. It was only around the block, but it was a start. I started to eat low fat, unprocessed, healthy food. I cut out most sugars and fast food. Now I walk 3 miles a day, and have lost over 100 lbs. Its hard work, but its worth it! I will get to my goal, and I would love support from others who are on the same path!

Thankyou so much for sharing your storys. Heather and sooz, you guys are wonderful. I have a lot to lose to and was doing real good. But latley I am off and on so much that when I go weigh myself at the doctors I just know I wont lose any weight. I dont weigh at home because its easier for me not to tie myself to the scales. I wish you all the best on your loss and I know you can do it since you have already lost so much. :) want2Bthin :)
