What a difference 5 little minutes makes! When I first started excercising it was for 15 minutes in the morning and it was all I could do to get through it. But afterwards I felt the "rush" and it felt good! After a month of doing it, I no longer felt the rush but it was easier. Now I'm in my second month and I've added 5 minutes to my routine and, waalaa, I feel the rush again! It's a bit hard to do the extra 5, but man o man is it worth it! I actually look forward to the day when I CAN do 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the afternoon. I always said I didn't have time and I was way to tired at the end of the day, but now I know that good things are worth making time for and that in the long run it creates more time for me because I'm no longer tired so quickly! Wow, isn't it amazing!

I can relate! My first steps on this workout machine had me puffing and panting after 5 minutes on the thing!

That was 3 weeks ago... and yesterday, I worked out on that same machine for 1/2 hour.

I keep telling myself "baby steps." :) I didn't gain the weight overnight, so I 'm taking small steps to taking it off.

Good going on your increase and the "rush!"
Keep it up.
