I love how it feels to lose weight. Do ya'll know what I'm talking about? This summer I came down from 200 to 175, and now I'm at 174. That feeling of accomplishment and sticking to something is wonderful. I can't wait to feel that again when I get to goal.

Good for you Hunter! Your hard work has paid off! I know when I really started to see the change in the way my clothes fit, I was so happy. Then when other people started noticing, it really helped me to keep it up! You keep it up too! Congratulations, and keep on losin'!

From goal? I don't know. The lowest I'm going is 135, but I'll see how I look and feel at 150.

Hunter, What makes me feel the best about losing weight is that I have so much more energy and don't huff and puff so much. I also like that I can move around easier and can take walks more easily, too. There are lots of benefits to being healthy! You are doing good.... keep up the great work!

I haven't breathed so hard in a long time! Today I ran 4 laps around the school gym full speed and I huffed and puffed for a good minute after that! But a summer ago I wouldn't have done that well. I think I'm noticing a difference. I weighed when I got home from school, and I'm checking in at 171. Feels good! I'll check in with ya'll later...

I can feel ya, Hunter! Each little thing we do for ourselves in the area of exercise strengthens us just a little bit more... walking that extra little ways... working out on the machines an extra 5 minutes... it all adds up!

Happy success to you!
