Here's a motivational tip for you...
Next time you are in the grocery store, look for a sack of flour, sugar, or dog food that weighs the same amount as the weight you have lost.
Pick it up... carry it up and down the aisle for a minute or two... and feel the weight that you no longer carry on your body!
Now, don't get me wrong... some people might look at you like you're crazy for holding it in your arms :) but it is quite the feeling of success!
Try it and let me know how it makes you feel.
