Remember when we all were discussing about trying to go back to the thin people we were instead of just enjoying the people we are now? That was a great discussion. Any way I found a quote that sums up that whole topic very well....

That is great, Traci. It is true that our bodies are always evolving and changing like the rest of us, there is no real "going back" and that is a good thing.
