I know I just posted yesterday with my first weekly 2-down challange weight, and I was tickled pink with my 4 pound loss, but I couldn't help but let you guys know that I'm down another 2 pounds this morning. That's 6 pounds in the last week!! Boy am I glad I did the Tae-Bo and the 45 minute walk on the treadmill last night, it killed me then, but it feels great today, what a motivation to keep going.
All of a sudden, my cardio/low fat thing has started to work - big time. I'm sooooo excited. I can't wait to reach my first goal - my post medicine weight of 190. I can't wait to go home after work, have my chicken and rice and sweat another pound off!!

It sure is grand when the numbers finally start falling. Six pounds when I'm looking at loosing about 90 seems small, but it's a good start.
