Hi Jennalynn,
I just wanted to say that all of your replies on that last topic (Tip on how to stop bingeing) were excellent!!! You have some real good ideas here. I hope you don't mind me sharing what you wrote with my weight management group. I think it would help them a lot.

I also agree with DJ 100% about not labeling foods as "forbidden or bad". And also not denying yourself ANY certain foods. Denying myself only promotes binge eating.

I don't mind at all. I don't deny myself anything, I just try to choose healthier foods. I love chocolate!!! Let's be honest I love all junk food and fast food, lol, otherwise I wouldn't have a weight problem. I keep a box that is mine only, with goodies in it, and only have a little at a time. I count my calories and keep a journal of what I eat. I try to eat some of everything, balanced meals. I will continue to post tips for binge eating, because that is what I am a binge eater and have been trying to stop doing that to myself, and hopefully help someone else in the process. I have lost 5 pounds this month. I haven't been this weight in 5 years.
